Responsibilities: Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our National Security Segment to support an identity and credential management system (IDMS) for a federal client. The ISSO will be responsible for providing support for conducting proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies for an IDMS system. The individual will oversee an IS program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed. The Individual will regularly interact with senior government officials, staff, and will be engaged in a diverse set of project-specific tasks related to the security and assessment and authorization (A) activities of the IDMS system. The individual should possess experience with a variety of project management responsibilities, IS experience, and a willingness to be flexible in supporting numerous work products and deliverables. Qualifications: The following skills/experience/knowledge are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:Active or Interim Secret Clearance requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field5+ years of experience conducting A activities, risk and security assessments, IT audits, network and application penetration testing, and intrusion detection and drafting Plans of Actions and Milestones and remediation plansKnowledge of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), FEDRAMP, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800 Series and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS)Experience identifying cybersecurity and security control technologies to reduce identified risk to acceptable security levelsExperience with Risk Management Framework process activities and related documentation to include maintaining lists of known risks and monitoring known risks for compliance with federal policiesExperience collaborating with multiple contractor and federal government teams to support federal compliance and assessment effortsExperience developing and presenting executive presentations utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and/or VisioExperience interacting directly with Federal clients at all levels of leadership; polished and professional in client interactionsProactive and comfortable working independentlyThe following skills/experience/knowledge are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:Experience with IDMS systemsExperience with Xacta and Risk Management toolsAbility to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements: The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
