Responsibilities:
- Manage/mentor a team of engineers, empower them to contribute their best
- Lead and establish team structure, invest in technologies and processes to provide the team with better outcomes
- Lead sprint planning and task estimation, ensuring milestones are met
- Interface with stakeholders to provide updates
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to develop and execute customer needs
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering including considerable exposure to building frontend experiences for web applications
- 2+ years of engineering management experience (geographically distributed team)
- Significant experience with React and front-end technologies
- Work Status: due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role
