Principal Associate, Project Manager (Multimedia Design & Production)

ESM is seeking a Principal Associate Project Manager with a passion for process and detail, focus on the customer, collaborative spirit, and goal of stellar results. You will be part of a dynamic Chief of Staff and Associate Experiences team l eading with a digital-first mindset, helping to execute on the communications plan, strategic development and management of the department's multimedia communications, including content development, intranet, branding and marketing, graphic design, print, and video production. You'll help ensure business goals are met, top quality work is delivered and visual brand standards are adhered to.

What you'll do:
  • Conceptualize, develop and produce communication and design solutions that meet business goals across a range of visual mediums and tactics, including, but not limited to: print collateral, intranet, external website pages, social media, email, podcast, video, eNewsletter, Slack, leader blogs, email banners, data visualization/infographics, promotional materials, presentations, and traditional /print channels
  • Collaborate with communications peers, stakeholders, and team leads to understand how to support goals, requirements and audience needs/behaviors and provide solutions from a creative perspective through storytelling, graphics, illustrations, animation and multimedia
  • Support major events (quarterly assets) and stakeholder needs (ad-hoc) with pre-event publicity and advertising material, deck and graphic creation
  • Ensure consistency of brand creative across the ESM organization including visual team branding, color palettes, typography, brand elements, and guidelines for how the company's visual brand should be used
  • Manage a centralized suite of ESM assets and graphic components
  • Guide our production intake process & delivery calendar


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design or digital marketing


Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience creating graphics, team branding and videos with Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro X, After Effects)
  • 3 years of multimedia production and communications experience
  • 2 years of experience with Google Suite applications
  • Experience with different content delivery methodologies, communication and design tools, with knowledge on how to execute based on needs
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills from ideation to execution
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and leverage new technologies and systems
