Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Manager - Workplace Solutions

We're building a diverse, mixed-use region of owned and leased properties in the Northeast, and our Workplace solutions team is looking to add a Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Manager in New York City!

This position requires exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills; experience consulting executives; the ability to lead projects and work with multiple stakeholders or partners to meet objectives; and a proven track record of building trusted relationships and influencing key stakeholders to achieve the best results.

What you'll do:
  • Lead third-party provider responsible for facilities, space planning, project management, moves, food and beverage services, hospitality and print and mail services
  • Maintain landlord relationships at the region's leased sites
  • Administer the annual capital and operating-expense budgets
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with our internal customers and lines of business within your assigned geography including partnering with them to understand their intent and goals, develop plans that meet their needs and relentlessly pursue options to deliver high-performing results.
  • Develop and execute real estate strategies that meet the needs of your customers
  • Implement/program manage strategic initiatives, and be a change agent to advocate for Workplace Solutions
  • Identify, recommend/document and implement ways to drive optimal utilization of the facilities
  • Partner with other internal real estate associates to create solutions and proactively solve problems
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Security


Basic qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Relationship Management
  • At least 3 years of experience managing facilities for multiple locations


Preferred qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate
  • Experience with G Suite tools
