We provide our neighbors with opportunities in early childhood education, nutrition counseling, workforce development, housing and financial education and our Self-Sufficiency Program, all which support low-income individuals toward their goal of achieving financial stability.Follow us:Facebook https://www.facebook.com/CommunityProgressCouncil/Twitter https://twitter.com/ProgressCouncilLinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/community-progress-councilInstagram https://www.instagram.com/community_progress_council/SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Housing Counseling and Education, the ERA Program Manager is responsible for the implementation, supervision, management, and evaluation of the ERA Program The Manager supervises a team of ERAP Specialists.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBe committed to the Vision and Mission of Community Progress Council.Fulfill supervisory functions for program staff to include hiring, orientation and training, performance management, all in accordance with CPC policies and procedures.Conduct regular team and individual meetings as needed for program performance.Assist in the interpretation, and dissemination of information regarding program regulations. Assure program operations comply with federal program mandates.Perform supervisory review of program applications, and program staff reviews regarding eligibility and compliance with program requirements. Maintain accurate data and review for verification of non-duplication of services, eligibility status, and funding requested.Provide regular program updates to Director of Housing and assist with monthly and quarterly reporting obligations.Raise awareness and provide support to landlords and tenants regarding the ERA Program.Collaborate with community partners, internal and external, in supporting individuals/families who are facing eviction and in need of rental assistance to prevent the eviction. Maintain awareness of local programs that can offer supportive services to tenants. Coordinate and monitor program communications with internal and external resources to include: email, phone, and media contacts.Assist in providing conflict resolution for tenants and landlords applying for ERA.Develop outreach materials and participate in media events to raise awareness of the ERA program.Investigate and assist in the resolution of any program complaints.Monitor program and investigate any suspected fraud on the part of tenants or landlords.Manage and supervise the Survey Monkey Apply database program: preparing reports, troubleshooting glitches, monitoring work assignments and outputs. Knowledge or experience of rental housing issues is preferred. Prefer bi-lingual.
