The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven accountant with a diverse background in accounting, with the ability to work in a growing and continuously evolving business environment. Essential Functions Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and analysis of actual vs. budgets for our locations Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records Create weekly income statements for each of our locations Prepare period-end bank reconciliation, and responding to accounting related issues Responsible for period-end, quarter-end and year-end financial settlement Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings Conduct periodic internal audits to guarantee accuracy in financial records, expenses, and savings Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and recommend solutions to improve results Ensure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations Participates in the preparation of the annual budget Responding to year-end public audit questions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
