Senior Associate, Process Manager- Associate Readiness

Small Business Operations is seeking an Associate Readiness Manager who will be responsible for creating content to equip associates with the tools and knowledge to effectively perform their role, enhancing current content and infrastructure to ensure accuracy and messaging, and communicating change to close knowledge gaps.

You will play a key role providing a range of support to the Small Business Operations Team by curating and developing best-in-class learning experiences. You will form partnerships with stakeholders to drive associate development. Additionally, you will be responsible with the implementation and facilitation of training activities and other training resources to ensure well managed and effective results.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and curate high quality, memorable content, including (but not limited to) job aid materials, e-Learnings, and instructor led training
  • Design experience that leverages multimedia assets, including: images, audio and video clips, web pages, and other graphical content
  • Work collaboratively with peers, Learning partners and stakeholders to ensure learning touchpoints are cohesive across the end-to-end associate experience
  • Engage with project team members to enable clarity of goal; conduct on-going reviews to ensure outcome is on track to meet needs
  • Increase the effectiveness of learning solutions by identifying and recommending format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience
  • Design and deliver using Google tools, Zoom, and other technology highlighted and used by our Enterprise Learning team (i.e., our Learning Experience Platform Hive, our Learning Management System One Learn)
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously


Basic Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings
  • At least 1 year of facilitating instructor led training


Preferred Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of experience as a content manager
  • Ability to conceive fresh & new ideas for content that supports company's brand identity
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • 1+ year of experience working with an agile team of designers and developers
  • Knowledge of database management content and organization processes
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Google tools, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Working knowledge of HTML Coding
