Manager, Platform Risk Strategy

We are looking for a hard-working candidate who loves diving into white space and is highly organized to work within ES Risk and across the Enterprise Platform Imperative to drive strategic planning efforts and workstream support. You will work directly with risk, product, and tech teams to identify scope and coordinate delivery as well as own communications to stakeholders around program status and requirements. Your job will include creating a dynamic platform risk dashboard to communicate platform risk profiles and posture across the full set of lifecycle processes of a platform.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders across multiple organizations to achieve strategic objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders, and dependencies for the flawless delivery of a sophisticated set of deliverables to market on time
  • Work with top talent in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where analytics and good data are a top priority
  • Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization
  • Formally present complex data analysis concepts to diverse audiences in non-technical terms
  • Extract and analyze data to gauge product offerings
  • Gather, report on, and analyze data to support governance processes
  • Apply analytical rigor to support technology decisions

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience managing results through coordination with key stakeholders and internal business partners

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • 7 + years of professional data analysis work experience
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ years of experience working in the financial services industry
  • 2 + years risk management experience
  • Strong relationship building skills, customer focus, and ability to collaborate and influence across teams to deliver
  • Strong communication skills, including an ability to effectively explain legal and compliance requirements to a non-legal audience
  • Ability to adapt to the changing circumstances of a fast-paced technology company and changing regulatory environment
