Job Summary/Company:

We've partnered with a well-established firm in the Charlotte area who is seeking engaging and dedicated receptionist to join their team. Responsibilities
  • Assist onsite visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to appropriate personnel or location in a timely manner
  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain sign-in logs and visitor badges and arrange for transportation services when needed
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and route calls to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
  • Schedule calendar items and meetings


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 1-3 years of work experience in an office environment
  • Recent receptionist or front desk experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word
