Job Summary/Company:

Do you have top-notch administrative skills and a passion for company pride? Sparks group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a high-end assisted living care company focused on providing the best possible care for seniors. They offer beauty salons, restaurants, and even music therapy, to help make the latter part of life fulfilling! This company has a foundation that raises funds to ensure residents who stay for 5 years, can continue to stay, even if they outlive their funds! The Administrative Assistant is critical to supporting the Foundation Team and its daily operations. This position also provides direct clerical support to the Chief Philanthropy Officer.

  • Coordinates staff meetings, events, and Board meetings as well as answering all calls for the general office line.
  • Coordinate cultivation and solicitation events, preparing pre-event reports and post-event follow-up such as attendance and action items.
  • Administer daily gift process, which includes driving between Goodwin House locations to secure all gifts and then scanning and filing all correspondence.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Proficient with office technology, e.g., multi-function printer/scanner/copier, postage machine, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • At least one year of experience in a professional office setting preferred.
  • Must have your own transportation, as you will utilize it for work
