Senior Account Manager
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accomplishes financial objectives by paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
- Work closely with HOA Board of Directors
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving unit owner complaints, inspecting common areas and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
- Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least one year of residential property management experience
- Customer service and interpersonal skills are needed to meet with the HOA Board of Directors, owners, and tenants
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
- Knowledge of real estate, property, and anti-discrimination laws
- Vaccination is required; ADA and religious exemptions allowed
