Principal Associate, Brand Technology Operations Manager

Capital One's Brand organization is seeking a seasoned Brandtech Operations Manager. In this role, you will join a talented, experienced and functionally diverse team that manages and delivers a marketing and operations technology stack in support of Brand priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing technology, driving process improvements and change management. You understand marketing applications / systems used across different disciplines of marketing. You're an excellent communicator and collaborator who will be responsible for onboarding new technology and guiding the creation of new processes to enable our Brand team to be more effective and self-sufficient.

What you'll do
  • Serve as the technologist for Workfront, Workflows, applications, systems and data that support Brand
  • Assist with technology selection, evaluation and onboarding that meet functional and non-functional requirements
  • Will lead conversations with Tech and other partners on addressing requirements and opportunities with the technology
  • Facilitate strategic decisions and the creation of a tactical plan to enhance the functionality, capabilities and user experience of the applications
  • Look for and prioritize "quick wins," making incremental improvements to the applications that will deliver immediate value to customers and increase satisfaction in the short term
  • Engage in roadmapping of workflows and processes that leverage automation, helping human beings to use technology to work smarter
  • Support deployment of new technologies by conducting training and troubleshooting as necessary
  • Establish governance practices and oversee data security
  • Evaluate and optimize product performance, user adoption and enablement
  • Support and consult on other application operations

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of digital experience, product management or technology-related management


Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management of martech products
  • At least 1 year of experience with Workfront
  • At least 1year of experience with a workflow product
  • Self-motivated and strong team player
