This position will work closely with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to develop, implement, and manage effective personalization programs that meet the growth objectives of the business with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation from a top target account list and accelerating existing opportunities. This role will report to the Senior Director of the Account-Based Marketing Center of Excellence (ABM CoE).

This position will work closely with key stakeholders in sales and marketing to develop, implement, and manage effective personalization programs that meet the growth objectives of the business with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation from a top target account list and accelerating existing opportunities. This role will report to the Senior Director of the Account-Based Marketing Center of Excellence (ABM CoE).
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Work closely with sales and other marketing functions to to define, prioritize, implement, and refine a menu of available personalization services
- Take an agile approach to managing marketing programs to support changing priorties based on continually evolving customer and prospect needs
- Build, rollout, and refine scalable processes for personalization service requests from the field and ABM managers and engage other marketing functions or service providers to action requests
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of requests for ABM programs and personalization services while maintaining a high degree of quality work.
- Research, implement, and launch new and innovative ABM technology and 3rd party services in collaboration with key stakeholders that drive scalability, accelerated delivery, and up level personalization services
- Measure and report on results of ABM marketing programs, campaigns, and services
- Evangelize and support enablement efforts for new programs and services offered by the ABM CoE to drive adoption

- Within your first few weeks of joining us, you will attend multi-day orientation and sales fast-start programs to provide a strong foundation of Appian core values, technology, messaging, available tools, and processes
- A tailored online Appian University plan to build the knowledge foundation established during the live onboarding programs
- Introductions to stakeholders within the business that will help you better understand and prioritize programs
- Mentorship and support from team members in the ABM Center of Excellence and the broader marketing team to accelerate success
- Project Management and other technology to support scale and acceleration of programs
Basic qualifications:
- 3-5 years Marketing experience, ideally within an Enterprise Software environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Project management experience, preferred
