We're looking for an early career Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Appian is in hyper growth mode and looking for a sharp, gritty Recruiter to scale our business by recruiting top talent to support our Sales department. About you:
  • 1-2+ years proven success in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or sales
  • Creativity in taking a job description to thoughtfully source and engage top sales talent
  • Innate sense of urgency and tenacity, comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Holds self accountable for delivering results
  • Extreme attention to detail in order to accurately follow processes and documentation requirements
  • Long-term interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition

At Appian you will:
  • Own candidate lifecycle from start to finish, including: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing
  • Effectively source candidates on a variety of recruiting platforms
  • Contribute to building positive brand recognition in the local and domestic community
  • Partner with hiring leaders across departments as a strategic advisor
  • Understand Appian's business strategy and competitive positioning
  • Undergo training with Senior Recruiters and Talent Acquisition management to learn Appian processes and best practices
  • Achieve individual and team hiring goals with guided activity metrics
