Digital Marketing Associate Job Summary:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join a well-established and world-renowned Association in Washington, DC. You will play an integral role in driving revenue growth for the company.

Digital Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales operations on customer acquisition strategy and operational marketing plan to deliver on marketing-influenced revenue targets.
  • Support inbound lead generation strategy for advertising channels including print, digital, custom content, recruitment advertising, and lead generation programs.
  • Drive prospects via coordinated paid media (retargeting, Adroll, LinkedIn, Google Adwords), content marketing and SEO optimization
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and develop integrated campaigns and determine best channels for each product/campaign/piece of content
  • Lead content marketing strategies to create thought-leading content via blog posts, research reports, white papers, events, and social media channels etc. Assist in creating and launching all assets associated with marketing campaigns, in Eloqua, WordPress, and social platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally to create marketing collateral and sales enablement materials
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Advertising Product Manager to support recruitment marketing sales and advertising efforts, with a focus on digital audience content management.
  • Assist in execution of event marketing, including tradeshows, media partnerships, and advertiser event strategies within the overall revenue-marketing plan. Ensure event focus and materials are aligned with strategic sales efforts and provide onsite support during conferences.
Digital Marketing Associate Qualifications:
  • 1-3 Years Experience in marketing automation, lead generation and/or digital marketing required.
  • Undergraduate degree in communications or marketing or relevant work experience.
  • HTML experience required and experience with marketing automation technology a plus (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot).
  • Must have strong written skills, client facing experience and excellent organizational skills with ability to run multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
