Job Summary/Company:
Are you an energetic, relationship-driven recruiter with the ability to attract quality candidates for an amazing cause? Sparks Group has partnered with a nationwide healthcare organization dedicated to transforming young lives through evidence-based care. They have assembled the best teen and young adult mental health treatment staff in the country and are seeking a dynamic talent acquisition professional who can add to their amazing staff. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in office (McLean) and occasional travel to recruiting events. This role requires that candidates be fully vaccinated. 65-75K annual salary based off experience.

As part of the local recruitment team, this position will act as an advocate and generate enthusiasm within the community, works with local stakeholders to build relationships with community members to build a talent pipeline, coordinates hiring events, and provides recruiting support to fill open positions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to drive a best in class recruiting process to ensure positions are filled within time to fill goals.
  • Create relationships with local schools, community colleges, veteran transition services, and other resources and connect them with appropriate mangers or leadership.
  • Seek out local job fairs for locations of responsibility and set up the events with appropriate hiring managers and local leadership.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least one year of recruiting experience
  • Some event planning (recruiting events, job fairs, etc.)
  • A bachelor's degree (or ample related experience)
