Senior Associate, Learning - Tech Horizontal

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, has a passion Managers, business customers, partners, and SMEs to implement, scale and continuously improve the learning experiences across Capital One's Tech Teams caring for the associate experience at each stage for supporting scalable learning experiences, and brings a creative and customer backed mindset to the work. The learning experiences you will support are blended, target diverse learners and include modalities such as video, animation, instructor-led training, simulations, and other e-learning content. You will be thinking creatively, and continuously be on the top of your game in a supportive environment where we put the learner and client first. As a Program Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for logistical support and learner needs and experience. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the team to innovate on current program delivery and continuously improve customer experience
  • Provide logistical support for multiple development programs
  • Partner with Learning Managers on program communications; exceptional writing skills to advance our program's brand including our voice and tone - infusing humor and avoiding 'corporate speak'
  • Support data analysis and tracking, including creating and analyzing surveys, effective budget tracking, and associate tracking through management of distribution lists
  • Build and manage relationships with leaders and partners across a range of levels, business functions and geographies
  • Manage calendars for programs, including responses to participant and stakeholder inquiries
  • Liaise with Internal and External agencies/vendors to coordinate events and logistics
  • Manage and coordinate associate cohorts, assisting with the identification of cohort participants and ensuring they receive appropriate and timely communications, needed materials and information, etc.
  • Partner with learning leaders & team members to ensure facilitation of outlined course schedule and tracking of course satisfaction and metrics
  • Support all program meetings and events, oversight and coordination of logistics, such as agendas, materials/supplies, communications, and vendor management to ensure flawless execution of programs
  • Work closely with an amazing team (we're biased, but really) and be willing to pitch in and help with day to day work and special projects as requested


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources or a combination of both
  • At least 1 year of experience in meeting or event planning or project management or a combination
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite applications



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources or a combination of both
  • At least 2 years of program, project or process management experience or a combination of both
  • At least 2 years of experience in consulting or stakeholder management or a combination of both
  • Experience using learning technologies such as Enterprise LMS, social learning platforms, or online learning content providers
