Edelman has an opportunity for an Account Supervisor, Content Strategy to join our talented and award-winning health digital team in DC. The health digital team is a fast-paced, hybrid team of practitioners that spans everything from digital and social strategy to execution. The successful candidate will be a passionate digital content strategist with hands-on digital marketing and communications experience. You are part strategist, part practitioner ('a do-er'). You can develop insightful content strategies that help clients connect with patients and health care professionals, and can also craft copy to bring those strategies to life. Responsibilities:Develop content strategies for health clients that convey critical information in a compelling way across a range of digital channels (web, social, paid media, sponsored content etc.)Develop impactful copy for those channelsPartner with internal specialists (paid media, creative, planning, analytics, etc.) and senior stakeholders to meet client needsCounsel clients and troubleshoot client and internal issuesBe expert in the latest digital platforms and best practices to translate content strategies effectively within the digital ecosystem and make certain that creative is designed to performBe fluent in available measurement tools and methodologies to ensure programs are tied to performance metricsSupervise staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable and conducting their reviewsIntroduce clients to new capabilities, initiate new business process and display strong presentation skills during client pitchesCommit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goalsDemonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman's values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.Basic Qualifications:At least five years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media, and publishing.Bachelor's degree in a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Have demonstrated ability to delegate and accurately judge and edit the work of othersSuperior written and verbal communications skills along with the proven ability to consistently make sounds judgments and effectively motivate and manage teams.#LI-Hybrid#LI-AM2Edelman is a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations.
