Bilingual Acquirer Coordinator

Summary:

Acquirers have demonstrated the ability to field simple types of inbound calls, and are ready to take on more. Individuals in this role will take on new types of "common" calls in addition to the simple calls they have mastered. Common call types include debit card servicing, account actions such as stop payment, disputes, holds and floats, fees, profile updates account closures and ordering tax documents as well as third party verifications, enhanced account detail information and online assistance. Acquirers will also market our Customer-Focused and digital financial products to new and existing customers, based on their individual needs. Responsibilities include striving to achieve personal and department goals focusing on providing an amazing Customer experience and selling our industry-leading financial products. Successful candidates will have demonstrated proficiency in the Fascinator role, including passion for excellent customer service, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation and independence.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • Fluent in English and Spanish


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of Fascinator role in the Customer Solutions & Success Team
  • 1 year experience customer service in Financial Services or Banking
  • 1 year experience with Google Suites
  • 2 years experience in heavy customer contact environment
