About the Role

The Process Coordinator II is an experienced, qualified individual who is responsible for processing a variety of Small Business post-closing loans from the Inventory that is made up of SBB accounts that are at least 120 days or greater and have been charged off. The associate would gather media work for attorney partners to place collections accounts into placement: Focus on working reports, placement and legal ad hoc, projects and Special Assets requests.

Associates must place a high emphasis on customer experience and satisfaction. Associates should execute on customers request, attempting to solve customer problems and/or updating the loan file to make the customer's account whole again. The goal is to help our customers have an accurate loan account as requested and build rapport with partner teams to drive for customer satisfaction experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work reports daily and weekly, create collections letters, BIF, NOIA, and PPP Letters by using the rotation calendar
  • Prepare Media to be place with Attorney firms
  • Ad hoc request coming in from partners and firms
  • Overcome objections regarding complex request by communicating with team and partners
  • Become familiar with and follow Company guidelines and procedures (computer-based training, class-room training, timecards, e-mail, training, etc.)
  • Attend team meetings
  • Engage in driving process and procedure gaps
  • Update account information and complete appropriate documentation to ensure accurate reporting on accounts
  • Stay abreast of all changes, developments, and enhancements for all systems, products, and upgrades
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all communication
  • Be a positive team player willing to adapt to change and learn new skill sets as needed
  • Identifies and provides feedback on identified trends
  • Flags potential regulatory compliance violations or potential risk events
  • Convey clear and concise messages to team, partners, and manager.
  • Come prepared to 10-10's with discussion points
  • Meet production volumes, SLA, QC, and QA Goals

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial services
  • At least 1 year experience with G Suite


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of Small Business, Banking, or financial services experience
  • At least 1 year Process Management


Work at Home Technology Requirements:
  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use cellular data (hot spot)
    • Cable or fiber connections are preferred
    • Internet service download speeds must be at least 5 mbps, with 10+ mbps preferred - check your download speed using a speed test. A sample one can be found here .     • Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls is required
  • Hard wired connectivity is preferred, any use of wireless connectivity must be Private (non-public) and password protected through WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption. If you have any questions about your encryption, please consult with your internet provider
    • A private network is password protected where you have ownership or line of site to every device on the network

Candidates must live within approximately 100 miles driving distance of 23060 (Richmond, VA) or 75024 (Plano, TX)and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours notice.
