The International & Services Card HR team is hiring a Principal Associate HR Client Consultant (HRC). This is a unique HRC opportunity where this individual will hold three responsibilities that will enable growth on a variety of dimensions. You will report to the HRC lead for Card Risk, CreditWise, and Card Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:

Have HR client consulting responsibilities for the Card Chief of Staff team. You will play a critical role in this new team's quick growth to establish team baselines such as: culture, connection, performance & talent practices, All Associate Survey action planning, leadership styles, etc.

Be the Chief of Staff for the head of International & Services (I&S) HR. The I&S HR team is a relatively new team that needs someone passionate about establishing team culture and rhythms. This will enable you to have insight into the talent strategies across I&S (led by Celia Karam) and interactions with HRCs across these teams.

Partner with the manager of this role to structure and deliver key talent strategy projects that span the I&S team. Leveraging data and problem-solving principles will be key to the success of these projects and will provide an opportunity to practice these skills at scale.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of client facing experience or at least 2 years of consulting experience or a combination of both
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • At least 1 year of experience in Project or Process Management


Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's Degree
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing consulting experience
