Human Resources Generalist
Our HR team is expanding and looking to add an HR Generalist to partner with and support our US-based technology organization. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of HR areas including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, and performance management. You'll build relationships with our technology teams and managers in order to be a trusted business partner who can make an impact and contribute successfully to the growth of our technology organization. You will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge, develop your skills and gain exposure to a wide range of interesting and relevant projects. Responsibilities Include: Supporting managers with onboarding new team members, new hire check-ins, and exit interviews with employeesGathering and analyzing HR data and communicating findings/recommendationsInvestigating employee relations issues and collaborating with other HR team members/legal to resolve themSupporting technology teams through the bi-annual performance management processesEnsuring HR records are accurate and maintained, and adjusting for any changesAssisting with general HR projects/initiativesPartnering with payroll, benefits, compensation, learning and development, and recruiting to provide support to technology employeesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist capacity, supporting technologists is helpful but not neededProficiency in HR Information systems, preferably ADP Workforce NowStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesOutstanding attention to detailAbility to manage expectations, informing stakeholders of potential delays due to conflicting prioritiesProactive attitude that can mean making suggestions and giving options rather than waiting for answersAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organizationSIG does not post salary information, so any salary information you find online may not be accurate because it was not provided or verified by SIG.SIG does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or search firms.
