In addition, for the last five years we've been named in the 100 "World's Most Innovative Companies" by Forbes Magazine.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingWork closely with the development team to deliver on-time, on budget, high value projects.Ensure the design and development of technology solutions properly fulfills all business requirements, achieves desired objectives and fulfills return on investment goals.Work closely with development team to ensure disciplines are followed, project schedules, risks and issues are effectively managed, and project stakeholders receive regular communications.Anticipate change management requirements and ensure effective solution adoption by ensuring appropriate knowledge transfer, training and deployment readiness.QualificationsWhat your background looks like5+ years working experience in software developmentComputer Science degree or equivalentStrong background in API tier and middle tier development utilizing ASP.Net Core/ C#Experience with Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET MVC, API, ASP.NET Core technologiesExperience with cloud development on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform with services including API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, ECS, SQS, SNS, Fargate, Dynamo DB and Aurora DBStrong knowledge of architecture and design fundamentals with design patterns, data structures and application scalability/reliabilityExperience with object oriented and multithreaded programming including concurrency controlStrong background in database design concepts and data modelingStrong problem-solving skills of different complexities requiredIntrinsic passion to learn new technologies and pursue self-developmentAbility to comprehend and implement detailed project specifications as well as adapt to various technologies and simultaneously work on multiple projectsExcellent proactive communications and planning skillsAbility to communicate and collaborate well with team members and cross functional teams on product features and technical designsPerksDuring this pandemic, most Experian employees are working remotely.
