We are seeking a SEM Supervisor to join our collection of artists, analysts, strategists, engineers, writers, makers, business-builders, designers, doers, and dreamers, who are all united by a belief in the power of creativity to Elevate the Human Experience.With digital studio locations in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle, we work alongside broader Deloitte to solve our clients' toughest challenges and redefine how business gets done.Work you'll doAs the SEM Supervisor, you will lead the SEM-specific work stream for out clients as part of larger engagements. You'll manage a team that will deliver work like the following:Paid search strategy, including account structure, bid strategy and cost saving analysisPaid search execution within an ongoing client relationship as past of campaign support, including forecasting, budgeting, pacing, campaign and landing page creation and optimization, and more.You often perform advanced research and analysis on search performance metrics: you measure the effectiveness of SEM strategy in terms of ROI, traffic, and conversion against the overall goals of the business; and you ensure that SEM activities stay aligned with business objectives.You may integrate directly with our SEO folks to develop efficiency plays, and with our ad-tech folks to activate on audience orchestration efforts, synthesizing activation across major acquisition channels. And you'll join a quickly growing team, with the potential to support paid search pipeline and operations.The teamAdvertising, Marketing & CommerceOur Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable business growth. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.We serve our clients through the following types of work:Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and videoeCommerce strategy, implementation and operationsMarketing Content and digital asset management solutionsMarketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutionsMarketing analytics implementation and operationsAdvertising campaign ideation, development and executionAcquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and executionAgile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate resultsQualificationsRequired:3+ years of full-time agency or consulting SEM experience requiredFluency in paid search products like PLAs, DSAs, Remarketing; Kenshoo and Marin; pre billing and tune-up; certified in google awards, Gemini, Bing Ads.Ability to offer and defend solutions based on experience and best practices.Collaborative working style to build relationshipStrong project management skills, ability to triage and prioritize many competing needsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsComfortable interacting regularly with both technical subject matter experts as well as business owners of all organizational levels, presenting complex information in a way that is easy to understand, and tailoring it to different audiencesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the futureAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred :Bachelor or Associates DegreeExperience pitchingSEO experienceForecasting and performance modeling experienceAMC2021XMAMC2022#LI-AG4
