Primary Purpose

Provide end-to-end ownership, oversight, and management of Casimir's central rating services.

  • Recruit and manage internal/external therapists.
  • Educate, train, and certify internal/external therapists.
  • Develop rater training programs and iterate on past training programs to ensure rater accuracy.
  • Administer and evaluate audit programs for data monitors and raters.
  • Develop Master Scores for internal validation projects.
  • Serve as rater on current studies that implement Video Assessment tools as needed.
  • Participate in requirements definition and UAT for scoring dashboard.
  • Develop SOPs related to rater selection, training, certification, scoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee development and revision to rater dashboards to guide scoring workflow.
  • Work with study project leads to manage rater schedule and communicate status with sponsor.
  • Promote safety and confidentiality of research participants at all times when working with human research studies.
  • Adhere to Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Advanced Degree (Masters, DPT or PhD) desired, Bachelors and physical therapist certification required
  • 5+ years staff management experience required
  • Experience scoring the Duchenne Video Assessment (DVA required)
  • Education and training commensurate with research protocol being conducted
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication
  • Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and available to interact with employees, clients and sponsors of all levels
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in fast-paced, high-pressured environment with strict deadlines and to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
  • Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Software
