Sr. Associate, Product Management, Small Business Card

The Small Business Card Rewards team is looking for a Product Owner who can work directly with our engineers, design team, and business analysts to create best-in-class rewards experiences for our Small Business Owners. Rewards are one of the most important components of our product strategy and a top motivator for why Small Business Owners open new products or decide to switch.

In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the way our customers interact with their rewards. You'll work with designers and business analysts in customer research to develop our strategy and then collaborate with our engineers to bring that vision to life!

You'll focus on driving rewards innovation for Small Business Card on 3 dimensions:
  • Identify high-impact points of friction in our existing experiences and recommend enhancements to ensure our rewards experiences dazzle customers
  • Develop a strategy and roadmap that expands the ways customers can redeem rewards to unlock unprecedented flexibility and value
  • Help us build scalable rewards infrastructure to ensure we have the business-grade capabilities required to support the needs of Small Business Owners

Here is what you will bring to the table:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
