The APS Department of Human Resources (HR) is seeking qualified candidates for the below HR positions;
Leave Administrator – Administers Family Medical Leave, Disability Leave, processing leave applications, tracking leave, etc. Starting Salary;$76,637.00 annually Payroll Specialist - Specializing in timecard reconciliation, journal entries, calculating leave payouts, tax entries, etc. Starting Salary; $66,201.00 annually Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruitment) - Coordinates the recruitment process to include reviewing resumes, facilitating interview panels, participating in job fairs, working with hiring mangers on candidate selection, negotiating salaries, etc. Starting Salary; $104,765.00 annually Employee Relations Investigator – Investigates violations of policies and procedures, assist with research and discovery evidence for grievances and personnel hearings, works with local Child Protective Services agency on collaborative investigations of staff child abuse allegations. Starting Salary; $91,488.00 annually Employee Relations Specialist – Specializes in the supervision and oversight of Employee Relations procedures and functions to include; coaching managers on performance management, disciplinary documentation, conflict resolution, personnel investigations, pre-employment drug/alcohol and background check requirements, terminations, etc. Starting Salary; $107,888.06 Benefits Specialist – Assists employees in understanding and electing healthcare plans and benefits to include benefits seminars, RFPs, Open Enrollment, etc. Starting Salary; ; $66,201.00 annually HRIS Administrator – Administers support to employees and supervisors regarding the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) through password resets, performance evaluation assignments/setup, system training, request for data, developing and administering surveys, etc. Starting Salary; $76,637.00 Classification and Position Management Coordinator – Responsible for classifying, studying and managing positions to ensure appropriate organizational structure and compensation. Starting Salary; $104,765.00 annually
Interested candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or another related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in an HR position/department. Additionally, we are seeking applicants who possess a high-level of attention to detail, can work independently, handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate a comfortability speaking with employees from diverse backgrounds and employed in different positions. Candidates must be able to pass a fingerprint background check and Child Registry (Sex Offender) Background Check. First round-interviews will be conducted the week of July 11, 2022.
