Adventist HealthCare is hiring a Director of Quality Regulatory Analytics at our Support Center in Gaithersburg, Maryland who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Director of Quality Regulatory Analytics, you will:
•Apply clinical, regulatory and public measurement program and data analysis
expertise to enterprise quality and safety related activities designed to improve
patient outcomes, ensure regulatory/accreditation compliance, enhance
financial performance and assist entities to achieve/maintain the operational
attributes of high-reliability organizations.
•Serve as lead subject matter expert for quality measure submission and
performance under quality based reimbursement programs.
•Represent System Quality in strategic and operational discussions involving
the development and use of quality metrics throughout AHC and serve as the
AHC liaison to State and industry workgroups where quality measures are key
content areas.
•Oversee the administration of the AHC Adverse Event Reporting System,
including data exports to select organizations (PSOs) and lead quality data
•Responsible for conceptualizing data visualization, collaboration with end
users to develop specifications for data to meet reporting/analysis needs and
conducting/overseeing analysis and data management within the scope of
System Quality Services.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related Healthcare Profession; Master's
• CPHQ preferred
• Green Belt; Black Belt preferred
• Cerner experience preferred
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Healthcare/Clinical setting including at
least three years in position of progressive responsibility.
• Minimum three years direct experience with quality and
regulatory/accreditation affairs or Healthcare Data Analytics
