We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead an agenda that will supercharge user growth. You will have the opportunity to drive industry-leading strategies across a suite of digital marketing channels, building breakthough experiences in user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.

  • Become an expert on internal tooling and operations related to user growth
  • Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative customer experiences designed to drive user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement
  • Establish as 12+ month roadmap to win with prospective and existing users, advancing Capital One Shopping's strategic & competitive position
  • Drive product development and ideation in partnership with marketing & analytics teams
  • Relentlessly pursue results by establishing a business model based on fundamental drivers and following the data
  • Build an exceptional product team to drive progress in multiple arenas

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field

- 7+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
