Commercial Card Product Operations Manager

The Commercial CML Card Product team is transforming how businesses operate, building top-tier customer and associate experiences using secure, best in class technology. The CML Card Product Operations team is responsible for supporting all client facing products as well as associate-facing tools and operations and sales support.
The Product Operations team ensures product and client success by working closely with product managers, sales, customer service, onboarding, risk, technology, and other stakeholders. In this position, you will contribute immediately, bridging the gap between the Product function and critical Project and Process Management needs.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Becoming a subject matter expert on our products and experiences, both from a front-end and back-end perspective
Lead a team of virtual card product specialists
Responsible for leading, driving, or supporting complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups
Set overall direction for virtual card team

The ideal candidate will:
Have the ability to quickly learn complex products through hands-on experience, review of functional and technical documentation, and analysis of data.
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project efforts
Have the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic, complex environment
Have excellent communication and partnership skills, to interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Demonstrate the ability to dig in and analyze data
Have strong problem solving skills
Have excellent presentation skills
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a large organization

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience

- At least 5 years of Process Management experience

- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience
- At least 1 year of Experience with Commercial Banking products
