Adventist HealthCare is hiring an Operations Manager, Outpatient Imaging at our North Bethesda location who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Operations Manager, Outpatient Imaging, you will:

•Direct all aspects of the Imaging Center's administration including financial
and clinical operations, human resources, growth, safety, quality and other
diverse issues.
•Provide leadership and management when coordinating these activities with
Radiologists and other members of the AHC administrative team in achieving
the goals and objectives of AHC OP Imaging.
•Be responsible for directing an OP Imaging Center location, equipment,
coordinating service line construction/renovation, and overseeing the selection
and implementation of new equipment to meet operational needs and
compliance with regulations, as appropriate.
•Ensure the service line strategy around safe and reliable care is executed to
ensure a culture of safety and quality.
•Actively lead and participate in outstanding customer service / patient
experience and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are
equally respectful to all.
• Will oversee hiring and training of all PSS team members and Technologists.
•Identify potential referral sources and solicit those referral sources using a
consultative approach to build rapport and engage key decision makers.
•Uphold the values and customer service standards of the organization.
•Possess the ability to work under pressure and balance many competing
priorities.
•Be responsible for Front Desk Team members and their processes.
•Other duties as assigned and/or needed.

Education and Experience Required:

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited university in a business, healthcare or
related field of study required.
• Master's Degree in related field preferred
• Strong leadership and consensus building skills with minimum of five years
supervisory experience in healthcare
•Minimum of five or more years of experience in Imaging.
•ARRT R.T. (R) or RN credentials required
