Job Description

Position Overview

  • We are in immediate need of aTechnicalProductManager to own the development of Arc XP's authentication and authorization applications. These critical platform applications enable our clients to seamlessly access Arc XP and serve as a cornerstone of our security posture.
  • This person will be responsible for ...


  • defining the strategic direction for Arc XP's authentication and authorization applications
  • collecting and analyzing client and Arc XP developer feedback to drive platform and feature improvements


  • working directly with the sprint team to execute the roadmap
  • communicating clearly with clients, as well as internal teams such as account management, support, and other product engineering teams

Requirements

Minimum qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience of technical product management
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback, user and market research, and performance data to guide roadmap development
  • Working with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to launchproducts in an agile manner
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally among sales,technical, and executive teams, explaining complex concepts using appropriate terminology for stakeholders
  • Strong history and ability of being a problem solver with technology and process


Preferred qualifications

  • Domain knowledge of (Customer) Identity and Access Management
  • Experiencein the ecommerce, content management,or experienceplatform spaces
  • Experience as a backend or fullstack developer


  • Enterprise SaaS experience


Location: D.C., Chicago, or Remote U.S. (Eastern or Central time zones preferred)
