Capital One is seeking a collaborative and innovative Sales Leader for the Card Commercialization team who's passionate about discovering unmet customer needs and creating and scaling customer Software solutions and experiences that create dramatic value to Capital One and its potential Enterprise customers. This Sales Leader role on the Card Commercialization team will help us translate Commercialization business and product strategies into the highest potential revenue areas across our B2B offering. In leveraging technology, data, ML, agile principles, human insights, and analytics, s/he will partner with Product, PR, Marketing, Strategy, Customer Success and other Sales leaders across the Enterprise to define the right go-to market strategy, including but not limited to developing value proposition, setting up channel/partners, customer segmentation, sales cadence, and the right test and learn strategy from the Sales perspective. Over time, as the initial market tests are completed, this role will be directly responsible for leading a Sales team with a target quota.

We are looking for experienced enterprise B2B Sales executives, to help us define and build our go-to-market Sales strategy. Nothing is more important to Capital One than our customer experience. In this role, you will be the primary owner of Capital One Card Commercialization's customer relationship and experience. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of Capital One Card Commercialization's revenue generation; including prospecting, needs analysis, crisp communication of the Capital One Card Commercialization journey and value proposition, partner co-selling, contract negotiations, and continued account development.

You will help drive strategy and execute on high priority initiatives for the company. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key internal and external stakeholders to help forge a new business within a Fortune 100 company. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for generating revenue, while creating delightful experiences for our customers.
  • Customer prospecting, needs analysis, crisp communication of the Capital One Card Commercialization journey and value proposition, partner co-selling, contract negotiations, and continued account development.
  • Help to hire and develop a world-class enterprise sales force
  • Utilize excellent communication and partnership skills to communicate with key stakeholders, at all levels; to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Operate with high levels of independence and autonomy while applying exceptional judgment to critical business decisions.


Basic Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degreeor military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales
  • At least 3 years of experience with SaaS Product Sales


Preferred Qualifications :
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales
  • Experience launching new SaaS products to market
  • Experience in Cloud Data Management, Cloud Economics, or Cloud Financial Management solutions
