Summary

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $152,900, plus full benefits.

Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for a C3BM Infrastructure Engineer/Integrator who will engage in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs as they apply to the Continuous Test Bed (CTB).

Responsibilities
  • Participate in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation
  • Participate in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations
  • Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors and MDS Elements
  • Provide lead duties for developing, integrating, engineering, testing, training, cyber security, and event readiness for C2BMC Test Bed and associated infrastructure at the MDIOC
  • Support C2BMC operations worldwide
  • Support the CTB Chair for requirements, design, and verification reviews and audits
  • Support program and budgetary preparations and reviews
  • Work with many stakeholders to prioritize CTB simultaneous activities

Qualifications

Required:
  • Master's degree (STEM) with 12+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with MDA/government engineering processes/databases
  • Familiarity with Agile software development processes and product development timelines
  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
  • Ability to collaborate with Missile Defense System (MDS) stakeholders is required to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the interoperability objectives documentation and analysis processes for systems under test
  • Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
  • Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
  • Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills required
  • Work within a collaborative environment composed of government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Secret clearance required

Desired:
  • Military experience is a plus.
