Primary Purpose

At Emmes, interns will have the opportunity to accelerate their careers by working closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in collecting and entering sales and marketing data in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Maintain and update data collection tools and templates.
  • Follow procedures/processes used for CRM record creation, pricing update and record closing and identify ways to enhance operations.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating foreign exchange rates for the CRM system.
  • Assist in running weekly or monthly reports on pen opportunities, year to date wins, win rates and proposal activities.
  • Assist in testing new upgrades and new features of the CRM system and identifying opportunities for improvement of the system.
  • Create IT help tickets for the CRM as instructed.
  • Follow company safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support other sales and marketing efforts as needed.


Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in progress in Marketing, Communications or in a related field required
  • Experience with Office 365 applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Creativity, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to ask questions and learn new skills
