Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Account Manager for the LifeWorks Strategies Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As an Account Manager you will:
• Cultivate excellent relationships with company clients ranging in size, industry and geographic location.
• Manage customer contracts, service requests, and other business functions; while collaborating with the Business Development Manager on sales presentations for new and existing clients.
• Identify client goals and resources, consult on best practices, and develop a customized strategic plan, based on the unique goals and objectives of the organization.
• Develop marketing content and events on behalf of clients and the overall department to increase program visibility. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to embed well-being in the client culture.
• Assist with and/or manages and provides high level service to assigned accounts to support client retention and meet/exceed client expectations.
• Stay current on trends for Employee Assistance (EAP) and well-being programs, regulatory changes and general market practices.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in public health, health promotion, marketing, business administration, healthcare management or kinesiology
• A minimum of three years program management experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in a team environment
• Event management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters
