Senior Analyst, Capital Markets & Risk

The Treasury Product Management team is part of the broader Corporate Treasury organization in Capital One's Finance department. Our product team seeks to empower Treasury associates to deliver critical business outcomes through the development and ongoing support of technology and data solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to work with the Product Owner and Agile teams in delivering cloud based solutions for the overall business intent through close collaboration with product, technology, agile, Treasury and Finance subject matter experts and internal customers. This role will be responsible for leading the necessary customer interviews and analysis to ground the problems to be solved, running impact analysis, and working with Agile teams to define, test and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Product Owner in prioritization, objectives and key results development, road map development, planning and test coordination
  • Lead customer interviews and analysis to determine and ground the problems to be solved
  • Own the design of configuration changes for Treasury's systems including Colline, Summit, Quantum, or Bloomberg
  • Lead the implementation of sound data management practices such as metadata management, lineage capture, and ensuring data quality
  • Own the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and deployment


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or product design, or business analysis or a combination


Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Fixed Income Securities, or Cash Management, or Collateral Management or a combination
  • At least 1 year of experience in Python, or SQL, or Amazon Web Services, or Snowflake, or Google Suite, or a combination
