Associate Process Manager, Consumer Credit & Enterprise Data Risk Management Chief of Staff Team

We are seeking a team-oriented, process-focused individual to join the Consumer Credit and Enterprise Data Risk Management (CCRM+EDRM) Chief of Staff team. This exciting and fast-paced role will support our organization in numerous ways:
  • Coordinating and executing process management activities for a variety of cyclical internal reporting deliverables, such as Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Quarterly Risk Inventory Reporting, and Business Risk Office compliance routines (e.g. Business Continuity and Risk and Control Self Assessments)
  • Supporting the department BAIM (Business Area Information Manager) with Information Retention Policy compliance to ensure well-managed structure, document retention, and site owner oversight
  • Contributing to well-managed and engaging department events (e.g. All Hands and Associate Development sessions) and credit community events (e.g. Credit Summit Week) by supporting workstream execution in partnership with others within and outside of our immediate team
  • Assisting with Chief of Staff team scrum master activities that track capacity and deliverables for our Department Operations function through Jira
  • Leveraging your skills to engage in ad hoc work as needed and appropriate

Success in the role will require a strong process management skill set, including solid time management of self and others to adhere to deadlines; a commitment to broad-based teamwork and collaboration that requires juggling multiple internal relationships and accountabilities; a demonstrated ability to communicate across a diverse group of stakeholders spanning multiple levels of the organization; a keen attention to detail; and dedication to providing quality results and relationships that uphold our team's brand as trusted and respected horizontal partners that do the right thing and deliver excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationor military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Events Management, or Communications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Events Management or Communication
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
