Our client in the technology industry is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Human General Services Assistant to provide high level support for the human resources department. The Executive Administrative Assistant/Human General Services Assistant will broad range of tasks and assignments including management, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and training. Job Requirements

Qualified candidate must be able to:
  • Managing scheduling and appointments
  • Arranging meetings and other events
  • Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
  • Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars
  • Conduct staff recruitment including job posting, applicant review, interview scheduling and confirmation, and interviewing
  • Coordinate and monitor applicants with background screening and testing processes
  • Conduct new hire onboarding
  • Assists with payroll functions, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and serving as back-up for payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate and up to date HRIS, human resources files, records, and documentation while safeguarding for integrity and confidentiality
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are maintained, collected, and filed appropriately

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
