Our client in the technology industry is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Human General Services Assistant to provide high level support for the human resources department. Job Requirements
Qualified candidate must be able to:
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Arranging meetings and other events
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
- Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars
- Conduct staff recruitment including job posting, applicant review, interview scheduling and confirmation, and interviewing
- Coordinate and monitor applicants with background screening and testing processes
- Conduct new hire onboarding
- Assists with payroll functions, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and serving as back-up for payroll processing
- Maintain accurate and up to date HRIS, human resources files, records, and documentation while safeguarding for integrity and confidentiality
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are maintained, collected, and filed appropriately
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
