Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a growing tech consulting firm headquartered in the Northern Virginia area in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to aid in their growth plan. Our partner is seeking an experience recruiter who has agency experience to fill roles across all lines of business and drive internal company hires.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible to execute full-cycle recruitment including identifying, sourcing, engaging both passive and active candidates through creative and innovative recruitment tactics.

• Deliver high-quality service to internal customers by matching employee skills with customer needs.

• Develop and create new job postings to better outline the needs of the jobs being filled.

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management and demonstrate the ability to anticipate the hiring manager's preferences.

• Leverage social media and job positing boards to highlight the company and attract the right talent.

• Develop, streamline, and roll out processes for end-to-end candidate experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Responsible to follow up with any related clerical aspects of recruiting to ensure requisitions are completed efficiently and are authorized.

• Maintain requisition and hiring statistics for preparation of weekly reports on candidate hiring cycle and recruiting-related activities.

• Continually recruit candidates for potential positions by identifying key skills and capabilities that meet the company's contract requirements.

• Make competent use of recruiting tools to accomplish multiple tasks.

• Strong clients focus and commitment to continuous improvement, ability to proactively network and establish relationships.

• Manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Background Profile/Requirements:• 3+ years experience recruiting for Federal government/ gov con roles

• Agency experience preferred, or experience managing 10 to 15 requisitions simultaneously

• Expertise in sourcing for in demand and difficult to find candidates

• Demonstrated knowledge of OFCCP, FLSA, SCA, and general employment law

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees, using excellent communication skills, both verbal and oral

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently.
