Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Endpoint Engineer II who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Endpoint Engineer II you will:
•Support advanced Enterprise and Endpoint (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile) Engineering functions in a 24/7 hospital environment.
•Involve developing, testing, and deploying innovative solutions to meet architectural and security requirements utilizing industry standard tools/methodologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) •Need a strong understanding of centralized configuration methods and tools including Active Directory integration, GPO's, scripting and troubleshooting.
•Develop, maintain and execute on documented procedures and instructions to identify, research, develop, and deploy solutions.
•Document, track, and monitor solutions for acceptance into the environment and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities as needed in both the physical and virtual desktop environments.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred
• 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting MS Windows operating systems and software in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years supporting, packaging and releasing COTS based applications
• 1+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
• 1+ years of experience working with clinical applications is preferred
• SCCM Experience HIGHLY Preferred( SCCM: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager)
• Network + or similar certification required OR (willing to obtain within 1 year of hire date)
• A+ or similar certification required OR (willing to obtain within 1 year of hire date)
• ITILv3 Foundations is preferred
• At least one additional Certification in a relevant endpoint management technology such as MS Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft Operating System, Apple or Android device management, MS Intune, scripting, etc
