The Strategy & Operations Analyst supports key business initiatives within Customer Success. Succeeding in this position requires you to have strong initiative with great problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, a commitment to keeping deadlines, an ability to multitask and function independently with minimal supervision. As part of an omni-involved team, this individual is collaborative, people-oriented, dependable and flexible to feedback and changes along the way.

Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Supporting team members with day-to-day activities, such as full cycle employee operations, data management and events coordination.
  • Maintain the accuracy and efficient distribution of Customer Success business operations data.
  • Assisting in the development of internal audit and control tools to ensure data integrity.
  • Building peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of work experience in an business operations and analytics role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Strategy and Ops
  • Proficiency with computer skills (ie. Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools)
  • Prior experience working with a Consulting Organization
  • Willingness to jump in and assist in other projects
