Maintenance Supervisor needed for high rise condominium in Alexandria, VA. Full-time 40 hours/week plus overtime as needed. Health benefits available, paid vacation, sick time, etc. Must pass criminal background check, motor vehicle driving check, prove eligibility to work in US, and have a vehicle capable of an occasional errand. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. Building Link software experience desired, but not required. Experience with chiller and boiler systems a plus. HVAC and plumbing knowledge required.
