The MIL Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Analysis, Associate (Enterprise Requirements Manager) to support requirements strategy, development, and oversight/facilitation activities for financial systems modernization projects for a Federal Government client.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in any of the following Federal Financial Management Systems: Oracle Federal Financials/PeopleSoft, Momentum, SAP, Savantage, Sunflower, Maximo, Tririga, or Prism.

This role can be executed remotely.

  • Work closely with the government program management office, Components, and the Systems Integrator (SI) to review functional and technical design documents for completeness and gaps
  • Actively participate in Components/contractor collaboration sessions
  • Review all required documentation prior to collaboration sessions to ensure preparedness for an active discussion
  • Form an opinion based on knowledge of the subject matter and effectively summarize the results of the collaboration session for action and follow-up
  • Maintain and update a Requirements Management Plan that identifies the processes and procedures for effective management of requirements to ensure bidirectional traceability between Operational Requirements, Enterprise Standard Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, lower-level system requirements, and test scripts and cases
  • Support the government and SI coordination efforts with Components to define, refine, and update requirements
  • Provide the government with best practices in requirements traceability and management

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8-11 years of related experience, aligned to the responsibilities listed above
  • Experience with core financial systems, enterprise resource planning systems, or related feeder systems (asset, procurement, payroll, position management)
  • Experience with COTS systems such as CGI Momentum, SAP, Oracle Federal Financials, Peoplesoft, Maximo, Tririga, and Prism
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with DHS
  • Experience working with system/product owners, users, and other stakeholders


BA/BS, preferably in Information Systems
