We are working with a client in DC, Private Assistant Living facility in DC.
Looking for CNAs to work the following
Week days and weekends
3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am
$30.00 per hour.
Must also have the following
Covid vaccination card
MUST BE licensed in DC.
Hep B
flu shot
MMR
PPD
T-tap
Varicella
Provides direct resident care and treatments, including, but not limited to:
o Prepares, administers and records medications in accordance with facility policy
o Monitors and records temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, bedsores,
giving enemas or douches, characterizations, etc.
o Sterilizes equipment and supplies as needed
o Collects samples such as blood, urine and sputum, and performs routine laboratory tests on
samples
o Prepares residents for medical treatments, examinations and tests, explaining the procedures and
their purpose
o Administers prescribed emergency care
o Answers residents' call-lights and determines how to assist them as needed
o Monitors, records and reports symptoms and changes in residents' conditions
o Provides input for the development of individualized care plans and implements accordingly
o Record residents' medical information and vital signs
o Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned residents

o Monitors, records and reports symptoms and changes in residents' conditions

- Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
o Record residents' medical information and vital signs
o Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned residents
- May be required to be "on-call" periodically or as specifically needed by community
- Understands and reviews the community's Healthcare Clinical Policies and Procedures and Safety
Guidelines
- Reports any issues or problems that may arise to the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator
- Complies with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards
- Assists families and other visitors as needed
- • Completes online training as assigned in order to maintain company, state, and federal compliance
