Principal Sales Associate - Healthcare & TMT Group

The Sales Analyst for the Healthcare & TMT Groupwill act as a dedicatedresource to assist in tracking/analyzing all aspects of deal related activity.The Sales Analyst will work with Sales Leaders and Relationship Managers to identify market trends/opportunities, track and highlight competitive dynamics, and manage projects. The Sales Analyst will facilitate internal partnerships to increase overall the effectiveness of the sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales leadership to drive effective salesforce utilization
  • Maintain pipeline reporting and analytics that help guide sales strategies
  • Manage sales operations projects from inception to completion
  • Partner with Marketing and Tech to improve sales and marketing enablement tools
  • Assist sales leadership in general information requests
  • Maintain and update various coverage lists leveraging external market data


The Ideal Candidate will Possess:
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Experience working with improvement methodologies
  • Experience with marketing analytics, quantitative analysis, and reporting
  • Experience researching market trends
  • Experience delivering data quality and reporting solutions within the financial services industry


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2years of financial services experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of financial services experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient in Salesforce
