Job Details
This position will be 100% remote. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist department in timely follow-ups with applicants, correspondence with new leads, and initial outreach to expiring suppliers
- Support department in providing exceptional customer service to business owners utilizing organization's programs
- Assist in preparing certification application materials and maintaining an updated database
- Saving applications for the team, producing certificates, and sending certification letters
- Ensure that the Supplier Diversity department's electronic records are organized and up to-date
- Conduct and maintain surveys sent to LGBTBE's and perform survey management for the department
- Work closely with Affiliate Relations and External Affairs to coordinate site visits
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a professional environment, preferably in a client relationship or business development field a plus
- Experience with CSM platforms or tools a plus (Salesforce, iMIS, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
