For over 120 years, we have used our experience and global reach to ensure that travelers are feeling good on the move by bringing a unique mix of local, regional, national and international food and beverage amenities to travel venues around the world.About The Role:The purpose of the Digital Marketing Manager is to administer the company's social media and other digital channels, contribute content or blog about working in travel, food, restaurants, events planning and POP Culture; posting the best aspects of HMSHost's impact on the industry, create meaningful analytics, and support the social media strategies of the company.Essential Functions:Designs innovative social media campaignsCreates and manages the content for company websites and micro-sites, manages and develops digital and brand marketing materials, and promotes content for a variety of social media channelsAssists in media content creation for internal and external programs and platformsAnalyzes and reports on trends and relevant content creation toolsDeliver metrics and reports on digital campaigns and social mediaAssists and supports local marketing initiatives to capture target audience in the fieldReporting relationship and other important informationThe Digital Marketing Manager position as described falls under the Fair Labor Standards act as an Exempt position under the Administrative Exemption test.The position is required to travel occasionally and irregularly to project sites as necessary.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Requires the education, training, skills and experience typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree in communications, public relations, marketing communications, hospitality, or related field Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in marketing communications and public relationsRequires in depth knowledge of social media platforms and trendsRequires demonstrated working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads, email marketing tools like MailChimp and Constant ContactRequires excellent communication skillsRequires ability to think analytically and evaluate marketing effectivenessPreferred familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and some video/photo editing skillsHMSHost is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.
