In addition, this position is responsible for sophisticated real estate marketing material & proposals, deal specific tasks, and office event coordination.ResponsibilitiesDirectly report to and provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Executive Vice PresidentResponsible for the preparation and submission of property management and leasing proposals and RFPsDevelop and maintain deal specific files, forms, and tracking information including drafting agreements and obtaining property insuranceManage comprehensive client and property databasesAssist in coordinating office meetings, events, and food & beverage deliveryProcess expense reports for executive staff membersAssist marketing team in proposal development to ensure the integrity of all proposal documentation, coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs, and directing submission of final proposalSupport Administrative Assistant with coordinating daily function of dynamic office environment as neededQualificationsTwo to four-year degree preferred or sufficient commercial real estate experience requiredAdobe InDesign Experience preferredStrong communication and idea skills, self-motivation and proactivityStrong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailMicrosoft Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat Required
